Musical Toy Box 1
I’ve been experimenting with electronics and hacking cheap toys, recorders, and radios. This is my first completed piece – it’s a little rough but was a good test run for future ideas and projects.
The electronics are from an inexpensive toy and a potentiometer was soldered into the board to adjust the speed of the sound. Cards can be inserted into the slot (top right) to change the sound content. A large speaker replaced the tiny speaker that came with the toy along with a larger battery pack inside. Everything is housed in a 9in x 13in box coated with plastic.
